GoRoverGo is the brain child of a team of corporate housing industry veterans. It will be the first corporate housing solution that allows individuals and businesses to book corporate housing 100% online in major cities across North America.
Our mission
To make workforce mobility accessible to everybody from Fortune 500 C-Suite executives to independent consultants by building the first transparent, geographically-scaled corporate housing booking platform.
The background
GoRoverGo was born during a series of late-night meetings between Express Corporate Housing employees and owners Steve and Shelly Brewer. After seeing multiple companies promise, then fail, to provide true online booking for corporate housing, we saw opportunity. We got started on a business model that would bring true, mass-scale online booking to corporate housing for the first time.
After months of work, we arrived at a solution that solves multiple pain points for all stakeholders in the corporate housing industry. Corporate travel managers will save time and money, property managers will maximize their revenues, and corporate housing companies will simplify their operations. All of this enabled by our core innovation: developing the technology and operations processes necessary to make online-booking work for corporate housing.
What makes us different
Our clients look forward to a level of convenience and choice not paralleled by any other existing corporate housing platform. No more filling out forms requesting a quote or waiting days for bids to be posted. We provide true price transparency and the ability to book immediately, completely online.
Our property management partners look forward to maximizing the revenues gained from their buildings. We only set-up furniture, housewares, and utilities in units once they've been leased through our platform. This means property managers using GoRoverGo are actively marketing to both standard, long-term renters and the corporate market at the same time, increasing the chances that as many of their units as possible are generating revenue. We do not ask for long-term leases or exclusivity contracts and require a minimum stay of 30 days.
The launch plan
GoRoverGo launched in March 2022. We will initially operate in many major metros in the United States, but eventually plan to operate in most major metro areas globally.
